Question: acanthosis nigricans? I have acanthosis nigracans and i know you cant get rid of it by cream, but i was wondering if there is anything i can put on it to help. and also when the back of my neck gets warm i start to get these bumps on the back of my neck that itch. i was wondering if the bumps have got anything to do with acanthosis nigricans. also why does acanthosis itch? does yours itch? thanx fo reading

Type III is due to obesity. Type IV is caused by high doses of nicotinic acid. Type V is malignant and is a paraneoplastic disease secondary to adenocarcinoma or lymphoma.

Question: Is My Acanthosis nigricans caused by diabetes? i have pcos and im noticing that the fold of my arm pit it getting darker than the rest of my body. I'm not overweight at all havent been since i was a little girl. When it comes to pcos does Acanthosis nigricans only occur with diabetes ?
