Question: How to cure friction blisters? I play sport and have got bad blisters on my toes.........whats the best cure? Is it just popping them and letting out the fluid, or should you cut them open and expose the skin underneath?
Answer: I can't offer any advice for blisters, but if you don't want to get blisters the best thing to do is rub a stick (solid) deodorant all over your feet before putting your socks on, paying particular attention to the areas where you usually get blisters. This will prevent the moisture which, when combined with friction, causes blisters. I've used this "trick" for a long time now.

Question: How can i get no more blisters on my new favorite ballet style shoes? I bought these really cute ballet looking styled shoes/flats. They are so cute, but they hurt like hell (guess thats what I get for it being so cheap). But i've worn them twice, and both times I get blisters within 10 minutes of walking in them! Its so horrible! The back inside part gives me the blisters... I guess the bad cushioning and friction causes the blisters.
I want to wear them again! What can i do to stop the blistering and increase comfort? I have never tried wearing those socks designed for flats...will those work?
What else can I do? Thanks much in advance
Answer: That happenes to me ALL the time. I just sometimes put band-aids on my heels and you can buy clear ones too so they won't show. You can also buy shoe inserts so they wont bother your heels, but bandaids are the cheapest and easiest thing. It works every time!
Question: Blisters from friction. Help? Very long story, just bear with me.
I play tennis, and a month ago I played with my friend with shoes that are two sizes too small. (Stupid, I know, but my I lost one shoe from a pair that fit well) Anyways, I got a blister on my baby toe and it healed normally without any popping. Then I went ice skating a week ago (the first blister had healed) and I got another blister (same foot) near the arch because I haven't ice skated for a while. It popped in skate because I didn't realize that I got a blister. I felt pain so when I took my socks off, the top layer peeled off. It's about 3/4 inches in diameter, but it healed without infection. I played tennis again yesterday with the shoes that were too small and I got two more blisters. I got new shoes today, but I'm training to get on my school tennis team and I only have 12 days to train. I know I don't want to pop my blisters because that can lead to infection, but is there any way I can play tennis without causing pain to my blisters?
Summary: Is there a way to play tennis without popping my blisters without pain?
Answer: When I get blisters I just stick bandaids on them and they either don't pop while exercising or I don't notice when they pop.
Question: Anyone have a good cure for a friction blister on my finger?
