Answer: Really? Hand, foot, and mouth disease is usually characterized by tiny blisters on the inside of the mouth and the palms of the hands, fingers, soles of the feet. It is commonly caused by coxsackievirus A16 (an enterovirus), and less often by other types of viruses.
There is no specific treatment for the virus that causes hand, foot, and mouth disease.
Help prevent and control the spread of hand, foot, and mouth disease by:
Washing hands well, especially after going to the bathroom, changing diapers and/or handling diapers or other stool‑soiled material.
Covering the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Washing toys and other surfaces that have saliva on them.
Excluding children from child care or school settings if the child has a fever, uncontrollable “hand to mouth” behavior, not able to contain their secretions, such as ulcers in the mouth and the child is drooling, or draining sores that cannot be covered.

Did you get a pedicure with one of those nice massage chairs and whirlpool baths???
As a manicurist I could never condone the use of whirlpool pedicure stations. Have you ever thought about how they get clean?? If you only see a person spray some disinfectant in there, then you know they ARE NOT SANITARY. Think about it, there are all sorts of hoses that the water goes thru. The person before you had their feet buffed and sanded and cut right into that bathtub.
THe only way to get them clean would be to use bleach between every client and then let it dry.
Even if you got a pedicure in a regular tub without the jets, you still need to physically see the person sanitize the tub and all the instruments they use on you. Bring your own files and never let them use anything that looks dusty with white powder which is probably skin and nail.
Good luck! And sorry for the diatribe, I have just seen this too many times.

Answer: Yes they can have feet problems. If they are in a wet environment they can get a sort of tinea While they dig and run about. Do you have kitty litter in his cage? I had a ferret and i had kitty litter in his cage, It absorbs the moisture and they usually go to the toilet in one spot. Just make sure thier sleep space is dry and their play area is too. Also try a little bit of talc powder on thier feet. That might help
