Question: How do you get rid of bedbug bites? I started to have one bump on my chest and over the past few days I got more and more and now they are spreading down to my thighs. I looked up different bug bites and rashes and the ones I have looks about the same as a bedbug bite. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get rid of the bite marks and would it help if I get a new matress for my bed?
Answer: New mattress pronto.
Question: I was wondering is Bedbug bites could be turned into a scab? I use to have bedbugs in my old house and whenever i scratched them ,even for like 2 days i wouldnt get a scab or the skin wouldnt peel. Question: What do bedbug bites look like and what are the symptoms? I have occasionally a red bump found on my body. 3 weeks ago it was on my thigh, a week ago it was on my face, and now it's on my back. It is red and like a pimple but does not have puss. It doesn't itch but it turns purple and leaves a scar and starts to peel.
Help??
Is it a spiderbite possibly?
Answer: I currently just got some about 3 weeks ago too and started to think it was bed bug bites but I guess not, but mines start at my chest down to my thighs, but I have none on my back, arms, face or leg, just the front side of my body. My guesses are:
Bug bites (guess not)
Too much sugar
Allergic reaction
Dust
Stress
Not enough showers? xB
Well I gave this a star because I too am looking for an answer on to what this is...
Question: What do bedbug bites look like? I have bites all ove rmy body, they look like mosquito bites?...what could they be? Ive checked my bed over and over and OVER for bed bugs but never ever see any bugs of any kind. Its only when I sleep in my bed at night. I slept on a different mattress for awhile, using the same blankets and never got any bites. Help??
please suggest other options other then get rid of the mattress and buy a new one. this is NOT an option for me. I can barely afford groceries every 2 weeks, let alone get a new mattress!
Answer: Bedbug bites do look similar to mosquito bites. It is really hard to see bedbugs. They like to hide inside the mattress and the mattress seams and also they are pretty much clear until they make a fresh bite and then they turn crimson red or blood red. When I had just moved into my apartment I started getting bites and then I found out that my neighbors across the hall had a bedbug infestation so to make sure that I didn't have a problem I bought those mattress bags at Walmart one for the mattress and one for the box spring. I think that they are $7 - It is for allergies and to protect the mattress I am not sure of the correct term for them. Make sure that you get the zipper kind that can be made air tight. It has to be air tight otherwise they will still live and will also be able to get out of it. This way if you have any you will kill them inside the bag and prevent new ones from coming. You have to leave the bag on for at least a year because bedbugs can survive at least a year without biting... Once I did that I never got another bite...
Question: how do i get rid of black spots on my legs due to consistent scartching on bedbug bites?
Answer: get a new matress
Question: bedbug bites, how do you relieve itching? my niece babysat a friends house and came home loaded with bedbug bites. Is there anything she can do to relieve the itching?
Answer: She should try using hydro cortisone or neosporine
Question: Difference between flea, bedbug, mosquito bites? I woke up this morning with lots of red dots on my face and arms. I thought they were flea bites but they don't itch whatsoever. They could be bedbug bites, I'm pretty sure it's not mosquito.
So, do you know what obvious difference there is?
Answer: Mosquito bites itch like hell. If it was fleas you would have them in other places and the same with bedbugs. Could be the start of chickenpox and there is a lot of it going around at the moment..
Question: does a bedbug bite hurt when they first bite you? My doctor thinks it's a mosquito that's been biting me, but I think it might be bedbugs. I haven't seen any yet, nor have I seen a mosquito. I live in Brooklyn, NY in an apartment building. All I know is I have horrible allergic reactions to the bites. So, does a bite from a bedbug sting enough to wake you up in the night?
Answer: yes...
Question: Scared of spider and bedbug bites, how to prevent them? Can spiders really crawl up your bed and stuff? How can you prevent this? I'm DEAD afraid of spiders and bugs, and what is the best way to keep them away for sure? (Also, is it possible to wake up in the middle of the night to find a spider on your stomach O.o?)
Answer: Sadly bed bugs are like microscopic size and you pretty much just can't see them. I think you can prevent them from getting certain sprays at the pet store of something like that and as for spiders it's kinda out of your control...... The good thing about bed bugs though is they eat the dead skin that falls off each night (sorry that's kinda gross), but anyways I don't like the idea of either of them also, but like I said I think there's a spray you can get and you can't see them and they won't hurt you.
Hope this helps! Good luck! :0)
