Question: How to get rid of white patches after guttate psoriasis!? I have finally just got over a 5 month spell of guttate psoriasis from having tonsillitis, I am happy its gone however I am still covering up all the time because now look basically like a dalmation, i used sunbeds to clear it and wondered if i continued they would tan or is there something to use?
Answer: Hi,
I have been helping a friend get rid of his psoriasis’ on his skin, it covers about 2 square feet of his arms and hands.
He has been spraying on 2.5 PH water for about a month now, and it is working. He is also drinking 9.5 PH water. His wife has MS, and is also drinking the 9.5 PH alkaline water, and is doing much better.
You can get free alkaline water - place a wanted add on http://craigslist.com
Here is a demo video to watch for the eczema cure as seen in Japan. Sorry but the hospitals in the United States and Europe are not this advanced at this time.

Alergies to food include shellfish, garlic, and others. Stop eating things like cheese, then milk products, then anything brewed (beer, yogurt, breads made with yeast). When it goes away, then you have some idea of what you should stop eating.
Or use the process developed in Japan, and eat what you want to.
Good Luck !
Question: Has anyone ever heard of Guttate Psoriasis? I have had a very traumatic year with my mom passing away in November, I lost my job in January and my husband had a heart attack in February. Three days after his heart, attack I developed circular red spots on a good portion of my body. On WebMD, I read something about Guttate Psoriasis, though there was no mention on how to get rid of the spots.
The pictures look like what I have. They started out bright red in February and are gradually fading, but I still have them. They don't itch, burn, sting or anything. They are a little dry, but that is all.
I look like one polka-dotted woman!
There is no mention of how to treat them anywhere. Has anyone had these? From what I have read they are brought on by stress. They are not contagious nor harmful, but they look ugly. The spots are pencil size to much larger.
Anyone who can tell me how to get ride of them...I would be so grateful. Thanks.
Answer: http://www.skinoriginal.com/psoriasis/21… has some information you can tour into. Hope it helps. The best thing you can do though is have a check-up with your doctor to ensure your health and get the right medication.
Question: I suffer from guttate psoriasis anyone else suffer from psoriasis? What have you found works best for you? For the last 4 years i've suffered with psoriasis and have tried loads of things to deal with it. I suffered quite badly with it on my arms and legs. Now a lot of my psoriasis has gone especially on my arms and legs, purely because i've stopped scratching and applying creams.
Answer: I had a family member that suffered from psoriasis all her life. She had a stroke and it stopped completely - it never came back. The stroke hit her hard and she became essentially stress free. I wonder if that plays a roll in it? Sorry it's not an answer, but maybe there is something to it. Maybe it is related to a food or drink reaction that drives up stress hormones, among other things that stress us out
Question: Difference between psoriasis and guttate psoriasis? hey, can anyone tell me what the difference between guttate psoriasis and psoriasis is? i tried to check couple of websites but they weren't very helpful? is guttate psoriasis treated more easily? does it return once it is cured? does it leave any scars?
thank you a lot!!!!
Answer: I attached a link below that provides contains an exhaustive discussion of this condition. Below are a few excerpts. Good news is no scarring!! Good luck.
Guttate psoriasis is a milder and less common type of psoriasis that looks like small, salmon-pink drops on the skin. Usually there is a fine scale on the drop like lesion that is much finer than the scales in plaque psoriasis, which is the most common type of psoriasis. The guttate form of psoriasis is relatively uncommon. Fewer than 2% of those with psoriasis have the guttate type.
This form of psoriasis is usually a mild inconvenience to most people. Usually, this type of psoriasis goes away in a few weeks without treatment. Simple reassurance and moisturizers to soften the skin may be sufficient care. Once the outbreak clears, many patients have limited or no evidence of psoriasis for prolonged periods.
Scarring is not a problem.
Outlook
Although guttate psoriasis usually clears up within a few weeks, it may also be the first step to chronic plaque psoriasis. The acute guttate form progresses into the chronic plaque form in an estimated 68% of people.
Question: guttate psoriasis help please? Ive recently developed a bad skin condition(guttate psoriasis) which means nearly all my body is covered in itchy flakey spots,
Ive had it before and it took 6 months to clear. Im 19 years old and Its really getting me down. Its summer and I cant show my body.
My boyfriend is supportive but I feel like why would he stay with me when he can have someone who has perfect skin.
I am struggling to come to terms with it. Please help.
Answer: Well, nothing I have to say is going to change the fact that you have the genetic tendency to develop psoriasis. However, you can take refuge in the fact that the guttate form seems to be easier to control than the other forms. Hopefully your dermatologist will jump on it hard, usually with systemic therapy rather than topical, with quick resolution. Also, there are known trigger factors for guttate psoriasis, which, if you avoid them, hopefully you won't develop it again: avoid geting strep throat and avoid getting sunburned. good luck

Answer: Psoriasis Is definitely an Autoimmune system failure, your body is telling you that's it simply cannot cope with what you are feeding it. I doubt whether l will ever meet a psoriasis sufferer whom isn't a celiac (intolerant to gluten). But there can be many other reasons why your immune system is not coping. There's no mystery as to the psoriasis itself Acrylamide does play a role in psoriasis as do the food addictives (citrics) by elimanating these from your diet your psoriasis will clear up. This has been validated time and time again.
By using a tissue plasminogen activator it is possible to analyse the difference in normal and (psoriasis) pathological skin samples. The difference is a high calcium medium is found in pathological skin samples, in normal skin samples very little calcium is found in comparison.
This indeed makes sense as the most common sites of psoriasis especially plague psoriasis (the most common form of psoriasis) are of local trauma sites
This is also known as the “Koebner phenomenon

Question: Guttate Psoriasis Question? I have had Guttate Psoriasis on and off for years now. I recently just had a flare up and I was wondering will it get worse if I were to work out at the gym? Doing my regular full body workouts all week? Or will sweat make it worse .. I have always been curious so can somebody help me?
Answer: Hello there. The only way to find out is to try and see. Etiology of psoriasis is not known and diff. people react differently to same things. I would think that overall workout is beneficial for psor. simply because it reduces stress and improves general well-being. Sweat it out!!
Also, you may want to look into the cream/spray for psoriasis from Champori.com It works beautifully for me!
Best,
Bernadette
Question: My 7 years old daughter got Guttate psoriasis. Anyone know about the Guttate psoriasis? I'm worried about her future, will she be recovered?
Answer: I wish I had more, I feel so bad that this is affecting a 7 year old.
General Description
Guttate psoriasis is a form of psoriasis that often starts in childhood or young adulthood. The word guttate is from the Latin word meaning "drop." Guttate lesions are drop-like and usually appear on the trunk and limbs, and sometimes on the scalp. These lesions appear as small red dots and tend to enlarge rapidly.
Onset
Guttate psoriasis often comes on quite suddenly. It is sometimes preceeded by a streptococcal infection of the throat, also known as strep throat. However, a variety of conditions have been known to bring on an attack of guttate psoriasis. In a study of 100 pediatric psoriasis patients, it was found that outbreaks of guttate psoriasis had been preceded by sore throats or tonsilillitus, colds, chicken pox, physical traumas, psychological stress, illnesses and administration of drugs to prevent malaria.
Development
This form of psoriasis may resolve on its own, leaving a person free of further outbreaks, or it may clear for a time only to reappear later as patches of plaque psoriasis. One study estimated that 14 to 17 percent of chronic plaque psoriasis cases were initiated by guttate outbreaks.
Guttate flares in children tend to continue throughout childhood, decreasing with age. Guttate lesions can reappear after bouts of strep throat or tonsillitis. Some physicians prescribe penicillin to help prevent an occurrence of an infection that can cause the outbreak of guttate psoriasis.
It also has been observed that people with chronic plaque psoriasis can develop an acute guttate flare after covering topical steroids with air-tight dressings, but this is rare.
Treatments
Bland ointments are considered safest treatment during the acute eruptive stage of guttate psoriasis. Ultraviolet light can be administered followed by application of topical preparations.
GUTTATE PSORIASIS
This patient information on Guttate Psoriasis is provided by John L. Meisenheimer, M.D. a board certified Dermatologist and skin care specialist based in Orlando, Florida. This information is not intended as a substitute for the medical advice or treatment of a dermatologist or other physician.
What is it? Guttate psoriasis is a peculiar disorder of the skin. It is an unusual presentation of a common skin problem, psoriasis. Guttate psoriasis occurs at any age, but is is more commonly seen in older children and young adults. Typically it appears as multiple, small, red, scaly bumps which suddenly appear on the trunk, arms and legs. These spots may appear rapidly in just a few days. It may look like a "shower" of spots on your skin.
What causes it? Psoriasis is caused by skin cells dividing too rapidly which results in thickening and scaling of the skin. The reason the skin cells begin to divide so rapidly remains unknown, but part of the cause is inherited.
Guttate psoriasis is an unusual form of psoriasis. Unlike regular psoriasis this type of psoriasis may be associated with a preceding cold or a strep infection.
How is it diagnosed? I may suspect the diagnosis of Guttate Psoriasis based on the clinical appearance of the rash and a history of a preceding infection. I may also do a skin biopsy, where the skin is looked at under the microscope, to confirm the diagnosis.
Is it dangerous? This is a harmless disorder. It is not related to cancer and it does not involve internal organs.
Can it be cured? The treatment program I put you on will help control or clear the disorder, but it is not a cure. Even if the psoriasis is totally cleared, you may be predisposed to have repeat episodes. Repeat treatments may be needed and some individuals may require continuous therapy. Guttate psoriasis in some cases may clear without reoccurrences.
Is it contagious? Guttate psoriasis is not contagious and you cannot "catch it" from anyone.
Was this caused by something I ate? No. Special diets or avoidance of certain foods will not improve the condition.
