Question: Help for resistant Pitted Keratolysis? Have severe resistant Pitted Keratolysis over 6 months. All over bottom of feet, lapping over big toes. Podiatrist prescribed Drysol and Urea cream. Didn't help. Can barely limp now. Keep feet dry. Have used Epsom Salt. Don't wear socks or occlusive footwear at all. It is symptomatic with excruciating pain. Took me 4 months to get appointment with different podiatrist...in May. I just can't take it anymore and I have high tolerance to pain. I'm at my rope's end. My feet look like something in a horror film. Any help????? Thanks!!!!! It is a bacterial infection. I was referred to podiatrist by my family physician. Podiatrist can write prescriptions..he wrote mine for Drysol and Urea 40 Cream.

Answer: How much water do you drink? Read the "dehydration" website. I think you need to be cleansed internally by taking 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper. Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Honey, you are just dry and the water and vinegar will fix your foot problems. Use pure coconut oil for moisturization.
