Question: How likely are moles to return to the same holes if you flood their mole holes with a garden hose? I did this a week ago and saw a mole run into the bushes. I think that the holes are now vacant bc I flooded them again and waited and no more moles came out.

Answer: When you flood the hole , you are supposed to plug the other end so they don't run out or you will keep having trouble with them. EDITED: Sophie, you have got to be kidding. You have obviously never had moles. NOOOOOOBODY WANTS them! We have voles & shrews right now that have completely destroyed 30 asparagus plants. Can't seem to get rid of them Their tunnels or holes aren't so easy to flood bacause they run along top of ground, so tunnel has several holes in it. I also planted 150 lillies last fall & there's not a trace of any of them. Moles, Voles, or Shrews. You had to know you were gonna get some reprucussion from that answer.

Answer: Pound a thin metal pipe into the ground. Put a whirligig in the pipe. As the whirligig spins it makes the pipe put vibrations into the ground and moles will move on.

Answer: You could try a warm compress on it when it's inflamed. Seeing the dermotologist is probably your best luck.

Answer: If the mole is large enough for you to want it removed, then there is a good chance that removing it will also be justified for health reasons as well. You can have moles removed at any age, just be aware that sometimes the scar that might be left can be worse than the mole itself.

Question: What does it mean when a small area of a mole turns slightly darker? I used to have a that was somewhat shaped like a heart. But now that spot is being filled so now the mole looks more like a circle/oval.
