As she lives in Vienna, their legal process is different than here in the U.S. My first question was about a criminal complaint with the FBI. We the people have the right to make a request with a U.S. Attorney and/or the FBI to open a criminal investigation, but they are under no obligation to undertake one. According to Ms. Burgermeister in an email to me to clarify: "In Austria, I brought what is called "criminal charges" (Strafanzeige/anzeige). Answer: if you are going to file an injunction, then it has to be done properly or it will be thrown out of court. A 105 page 'template' is not a proper court document. and, because the vaccination is not yet mandatory,the court injunction cannot be filed until the vaccines are made mandatory.
